The DaVinci Group provided engineering services in support of the relocation of a historic five-story timber-frame portion of the Belleview Biltmore Hotel in Belleair, Florida. The approximately 1,750-ton structure was carefully rotated and moved across the property, requiring detailed coordination, careful consideration of existing conditions, and precise engineering support throughout the relocation process.
The DaVinci Group provided engineering services for improvements to the Cumberland High School gymnasium HVAC system. The work focused on upgrading aging building systems, improving air distribution and equipment performance, and coordinating the new HVAC installation with the existing structure and utilities to deliver a more reliable and maintainable facility.
The DaVinci Group provided coordinated engineering support for the replacement of aging packaged HVAC equipment. The project included coordination of the new mechanical equipment with the facility’s existing electrical power, controls and supporting infrastructure, helping provide a dependable replacement system while minimizing impacts to the existing building.
